There are a variety of building components that will allow you to build your own tube based speaker enclosure.
Choose the diameter of the tube that you want to use to build. 4”, 6” or 8” schedule 40 tubes (pipe).
Choose the size of the end speakers to mount with BAFFLES
Choose the type of head unit (stereo amplifier) that you want to mount HEAD UNITS.
Choose pods to mount speakers perpendicular to the tube face PODS.

Single DIN receiver mounting bracket allows you to mount a standard single DIN head unit (stereo) into a 6” tube.

How Motorcycle Tube Speakers Work
Motorcycle tube speakers are a simple stereo system designed to mount on a motorcycle, usually onto the handle bars but can also be mounted to sissy bars or luggage rack.
The speakers are housed inside a sealed cylindrical tube, often made from durable PVC or metal. This tube acts as both a protective enclosure and an acoustic chamber, helping the speakers produce fuller sound while protecting them from wind, vibration, and road debris. The tubes are often wrapped with a serape (Mexican style blanket) to appear to be a bedroll.
Inside the tube are full-range speakers wired to a small amplifier, typically powered by the motorcycle’s electrical system. Music is usually supplied through Bluetooth or an auxiliary input from a phone or music player. Because the speakers are aimed forward toward the rider, the sound projects clearly even while riding at speed.
The tube design keeps the system compact, weather-resistant, and easy to mount or remove from the bike.

How to Customize Motorcycle Tube Speakers
Things that can be mounted inside and outside of a bedroll style speaker system;
-Speakers in the ends of the tube and along the body of tube
-Head units can mount to the body of the tube or in the tube
-Amplifiers can mount internally to the tube
-Battery can be added to the system to add portability or to allow the speaker to be used when the motorcycle is turned off
-Switches and pods can be added to provide USB or 12V plugs.
