Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made to order or custom-produced, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used or installed items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

We can create a discounted shipping label for you to print out if you use the same shipping box.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
